Reservation confirmed only after a 30% advance payment.
Cancellation of the reservation, advance payment is non-refundable.
If you cancel the accommodation, the money paid is non-refundable.
Minimum stay during the season: 3-4 nights.
“Additional charge” for an adult per day (municipal fee).
The entire sum for accommodation is refundable only with cancellation.
General Rules
Quiet time: 22:00 – 08:00.
Please maintain order and peace in the area.
No loud music or partying in the area.
Pets are not allowed.
Outside persons and area access is allowed only if approved by the owner.
Damage and Responsibility
The tenant is responsible for any damage caused to the property by them or accompanying persons.
Any damage should be reported immediately.
Compensation for damages according to the actual repair or property replacement costs.
The tenant is not responsible for guests’ personal property loss or damage.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: from 15:00.
Check-out time: by 11:00.
Force majeure
The owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: electricity, water, or internet supply disruptions, natural phenomena, or other unforeseen events.
